2. Participation of the different groups in education as: teachers/lecturers and students (focusing on higher education)
3. The diversity policy of your institution (e.g. Cass School of Education) 
4. Projects relating to the policy undertaken at your institution
5. Relevant research (facts and figures and quality research / produce a list of publications )
